Happy Songkran! สุขสันต์สงกรานต์! Songkran (สงกรานต์) is the Thai New Year festival.

It usually happens in April (เดือนเมษายน) and is famous for water fights (สงครามน้ำ) and traditional ceremonies (พิธีกรรมประเพณี).

During Songkran, people pour water on each other to symbolize cleansing and renewal (การล้างและการเริ่มต้นใหม่).

The phrase "Happy Songkran!" in Thai is "สุขสันต์สงกรานต์!" (suk-sun song-kraan!).

Important activities during Songkran: 1. Water fights (สงครามน้ำ) - People fill buckets and water guns to splash water on each other.

In Thai, we say "เล่นน้ำ" (len nam).
