Tako (蛸) is the Japanese word for octopus, and yaki (焼) means grilled.
The batter was very soft and went well with the minced octopus and green onions.
Freshly cooked, it has a great texture on the outside and is soft and juicy on the inside.
Delicious Takoyaki. It's warm, not too sticky, and has a good octopus texture.
It's located next to Umeda Station and is so famous that the lines are very long.
I highly recommend this okonomiyaki restaurant if you visit Osaka.
