The 81-story building of the Vietnamese conglomerate Vingroup. Opening in 2018. The entrance fee for Landmark 81 SkyView observatory was about VND810,000 at the beginning and then reduced. Tallest building in Vietnam. There is a lounge on the 75th to 76th floors.



Landmark 81 (also known as Vincom Landmark 81) is the tallest building in Vietnam, with a height of 461 meters and 81 stories. It is situated in the Binh Thanh District in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) and has become one of the most iconic symbols of the city.

The tower consists of four residential apartments and a shopping mall. There is a penthouse located on the top four floors of the tower, which is the highest residence in the world. The apartments offer some of the best views of the city. The shopping mall is one of the best in the city and offers high-end boutiques, luxury restaurants, and entertainment for tourists.

The structure of the tower has been designed to look like a lotus flower, which is a significant symbol of Vietnamese culture. It was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), an American architectural, structural engineering, urban planning, and interior design firm based out of Chicago.

The tower also has a series of sky bridges which connect it to the Bitexco Financial Tower, another iconic building of HCMC. The tower is host to a series of activities throughout the year such as exhibitions, events, and conferences. It is located in the vicinity of Symphony Building, a residential and commercial complex that is near Tan Cang Station of its metro line.

The grand opening of Landmark 81 took place in 2018 and was attended by renowned guests, such as the Vice President of Vietnam and Som's design director, as well as HCMC’s mayor Nguyen Thanh Phong. It has become a landmark of the city and is acknowledged as Asia’s tallest tower.

In time to come, the Landmark 81 is expected to be one of the major attractions in HCMC and the people of Vietnam believe that the tower will bring in lots of tourist dollars in the years to come. It is also expected to become the symbol of HCMC. Despite the ongoing pandemic, the Tower is set to become a popular destination for tourists in the coming years and will make a great addition to the city’s skyline.
