The Myeongnyang Maritime Cable Car is a cable car that crosses the air over the Strait of Uldolmok, the site of the Myeongnyang Battle, where Admiral Yi Sun-sin defended Joseon against the Japanese army.
It is the first in Korea to be opened at the site of history. It runs about 1km from Jindo Station located in front of Jindo Tower to Haenam Station located in Usuyeong Tourist Area in Munnae-myeon, Haenam.
